In our training courses you as a professional (consultant, manager, team leader, coordinator, etc.) learn how to use our digital organizational structure (7-step plan) to ensure that you can work quickly (remotely) with your teams efficiently in the implementation of change processes. We ensure coordination at different levels within the organization, with the result that everyone speaks the same language, you can work immediately and take concrete steps. This allows you to move the organization and several groups at the same time during implementations without losing the overview.

The start-up time is minimal due to the use of the software and you can get started immediately if you have the organization in mind. You can now do structured workshops, develop improvement plans and focus on implementation and assurance within the organization. You can now guide many more groups while also addressing the content. As a facilitator you can split teams into groups and put them on specific process problems or work out policy issues. All in a closed system. It is therefore a very efficient way of working for change and improvement processes.
