DrawBridge54® works together with gold, silver and bronze partners to train and support our customers and to realize a continuous connection with the workplace in as many organizations as possible. The partners all have extensive experience in the field of strategy, change and / or improvement and are trained to apply the DB54® method in their field.

Gold partners want to do business themselves and are very active in promoting and selling DB54® as an extra value proposition. They use DB54 as a unique solution to make change and improvement simple, time and cost effective for their customers. It is a working method that ensures that their customers make the coordination between employees, processes and systems much easier. This distinguishes them from competitors.

DB54 provides training and sets up customer databases and issues licenses including legal documents. This partner receives a substantial fee for this (kick-back) and has successfully completed all DB54® training courses. Including the “master-proof”. They also receive sales & marketing support from DB54®

The Silver partnership is often for medium-sized organizations (consultancy, training, secondment, IT implementations, M&A practice, organizational advice, auditing, etc.).

They want to use DB54® to better sell their own specialty to their type of customers or new sales channels and see DB54 as added value to their own services. They want to reach new customers with this innovative tool and will sell DB54® one time actively and the other passively. Therefore, they want to be trained in the sales skills to sell DB54®. I want the convenience but not the administrative paperwork.

The Bronze partnership is mainly for organizations that first want to see whether this is for them and whether the DB54 proposition fits well with their way of working and their customer portfolio.

The Bronze partnership is primarily for organizations that first want to see whether this is for them and whether the DB54 proposition fits well with their way of working and their customer portfolio. At the moment, mainly independent consultants, advisors and interim workers (Lean Black Belts; Agile Coaches; Scrum Masters; Change Certified; etc) But also an IT Service organization that can use DB54 well for analysis before new packages are implemented. Of course they have their own network and are not dependent on the DB54 organization for this.

They follow the DB54 training courses, have their own database and can immediately start working for their customers without a lot of fuss. They don’t want to bill, don’t want to do active sales and marketing on DB54®. They are on assignments and DB54® is in their tool-kit just like Prince2 and Microsoft Project. They receive a kick-back. DB54® does the training and installation of the application at customer level. Usually we also help with the start-up of the process at the customer.
