The DB54 works in several languages and currently these are Dutch; English; Hungarian and Romanian. The next language is planned, German. Depending on the customer’s needs, we always add languages.

To ensure optimal security, we have taken the following actions :

  • 24/7 Security Monitoring.
  • Login procedure with two-way authentication.

The user is and remains the owner of the data entered in accordance with the privacy policy and EUA. As long as your account is active you can view, change and export.

Depending on the step, the user can export to Excel and / or PDF.

Yes, we keep a register per customer with users per organization or organizational unit, which is updated monthly.

    Particularly tech-savvy team members who are trained on how to create new users; how to add new organizational units; how to do issue management and solve problems.

To guarantee the continuity of our service, we deliver in accordance with the SLA:

A minimum uptime of 95.0%

Our application is continuously updated. To ensure that you always have the latest and most advanced version, we continuously collect user feedback and information from organizations where the application is running. Small improvements are immediately implemented after extensive testing and larger ones are announced in advance after extensive testing.

Discounts can be used for educational purposes. This involves the use of DB54 as part of the curriculum.

After signing the contracts available online, an invoice is issued based on the number of users, which can be paid monthly, quarterly, six months or annually. The highest discount is given when paying for 1 year.

We use a flexible licensing system that adapts to the wishes and needs of the customer :

  • We use annual contracts that are concluded per user
  • Determine yourself which number of users you need per year
  • Add and remove the number of users required

The customer can choose to set up the application himself or leave it to us. This differs per situation. Based on the assignment, the participants, the organizational structure, the organization chart and the systems used within the company, we then set up the application for this specific organization. This can also be done online using our digital form.

  • Support during working hours – Monday to Friday by telephone from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • For other forms of communication, we will answer you within 1 working day.
